At Sparkyjeans, we want you to love your denim; if your fit isn't perfect, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original condition, unworn and with tags attached.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Securely place your jeans in the original packaging and include the provided packing slip to ensure fast processing.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label generated from our portal and fix it to the outside of your package, covering any old labels.
Drop Off and Track
Leave your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund or exchange is confirmed.
